Adient’s Ellesmere Port facility stands on the south bank of the famous River Mersey and looks across the Manchester Ship Canal and River Mersey to Liverpool on the north bank. The town features some historic docks designed and engineered by two famous pioneering engineers, William Jessop and Thomas Telford, as part of a project to connect the rivers Severn, Mersey and Dee.

Our highly skilled workforce assemble complete car seats exclusively for our Customer, Vauxhall Motors, who are part of the Stellantis Group. We are very close to Vauxhall Motors who have been producing cars on this site since 1962, while we have been their seat supplier since 2009. We currently produce seats for the Astra D2XX Hatchback and Station Wagon models, providing a synchronous service that is on time, just in time, every time.

Our plant currently consists of over 70 employees producing approximately 200 car sets per day under one shift.
