Stephanie Marianos

Stephanie Marianos is Adient’s executive vice president, global IT & business services and sustainability with responsibility for information technology, global business services and sustainability. Marianos joined Adient in 2020 as the vice president, internal audit, and in 2023 transitioned to lead sustainability. In 2024, her role expanded to include Global Business Services (GBS) as well as interim IT responsibility.

Prior to joining Adient, Marianos spent more than 15 years at Visteon Corporation in a variety of finance roles, including vice president, operations finance and vice president, chief accounting officer. She has additionally held finance roles within the insurance industry and began her career at Ernst & Young LLP.

Marianos is a certified public accountant and serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan. She has a bachelor’s degree in business with an accounting concentration from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
